Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students’ communication needs in a collaborative school setting. Two onsite, part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistants are needed for the upcoming academic year to provide essential therapy services across diverse caseloads. The assignment begins August 25, 2026 (with students starting September 8, 2026) and runs through June 10, 2027, with a Monday through Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Minnesota SLPA license required (pending licensure will not be considered)
• Demonstrated experience working in school settings as an SLPA
• Familiarity with K-12 student populations, particularly at the middle and elementary/high school levels
• Ability to manage assigned caseloads independently and efficiently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration
• Must submit a resume and a PDF copy of your Minnesota SLPA license with dual certification when applying

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language pathology services under the supervision of licensed speech-language pathologists
• Assist with developing and implementing therapy activities for students
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes as required by district guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to support student success
• Work onsite at Northdale MS (0.7 FTE) and Andover ES/HS, providing direct support as assigned
• Adhere to district and state compliance for all administrative and clinical documentation
