Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a significant impact on student learning by supporting communication development as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in an elementary school setting for the upcoming academic year. This opportunity offers full-time, onsite roles across various elementary schools, perfect for experienced SLPs with their CCC as well as Clinical Fellows seeking hands-on experience in a collaborative, educational environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Minnesota SLP license with dual certification clearly documented.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligibility (CFs welcome).
• Previous experience in K-5 school settings preferred but not required.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload and adapt to various student needs.
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency challenges.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families.
• Maintain detailed student records in compliance with legal and district standards.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and family members to promote students’ academic and social growth.
• Support school initiatives and participate in relevant meetings or professional development.
• Serve as a communicative bridge between school staff, students, and caregivers.
