Financial Analyst Location: Elkhart, IN (100% Onsite) Salary: Competitive + Bonus Opportunity Join a Growing Leadership Team! Our client is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to partner directly with the Controller and executive leadership team. This high-visibility role will provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance. If you enjoy turning data into actionable recommendations and want a seat at the table with leadership, this is an excellent opportunity. Responsibilities * Partner with the Controller and C-suite to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations. * Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI analysis. * Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning. * Analyze profitability, margins, trends, and operational performance. * Present financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to executive leadership. * Support capital planning, strategic initiatives, and special projects. * Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. * Assist with month-end reporting and ad hoc financial analysis. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * 5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, PivotTables, and data analysis. * Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. * Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to executives. * Manufacturing experience is preferred.
