The Program Delivery Manager t is responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.Responsibilities:Lead integration of functions with understanding of client core business functions and partner with multiple senior management teams to meet goals and deploy new products and process enhancementsSolve the highest-impact, highest-profile problems with significant business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standardsInfluence and negotiate with senior leaders (across functions) and communicate with external parties as neededContribute to technical direction and strategic decisions as a technical expert in all development and implementation phases, providing in-depth and sophisticated analyses to define problems and develop innovative solutionsConduct management activities, including resource management, work allocation, mentoring/coaching and other duties and functions as assignedAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Recommended Qualifications:10+ years of experienceProven experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of delivering large-scale, complex, global technology programs.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and extensive experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as the full MS Office suite.Strong understanding of how to apply AI-centric tools and technologies to improve program execution, tracking, and testing.Expertise in core project management disciplines, including delivery management, risk mitigation, and financial oversight.Demonstrated ability to lead and hold teams accountable, ensuring ownership and consistent execution on long-term projects.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization.Preferred Qualifications:Direct experience within the Know Your Customer (KYC) domain is a significant plus.Experience in the financial services industry.Education:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Technology------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Business Analysis / Client Services------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Tampa Florida United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$130,880.00 - $196,320.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
