Corporate Financial AnalystWe're thrilled that you are interested in joining us here at the Amynta Group!We are seeking a Corporate Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst plays a key role in coordinating the financial reporting and analytics of our business units including oversight of financial data. This role will support the Corporate FP&A team and is based in NYC where our executive team sits.Job FunctionsSupport the finance department with ongoing analysis for products, business lines, business units, and the overall companyMonitor specific P&L and balance sheet line items, research and provide insights to variances.Create financial models and analyses to finance leadership and executive teams with actionable insightsWork with business partners on issues and assist with identifying resolutionsSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial review on budget vs actualAssist in data compilation and preparation of exhibits and schedules for internal reportingCalculate and track key business metricsProvide financial analyses to support strategic initiativesReview supplier expense spendHelp manage headcount & compensation planning, reporting, and trackingEnsure follow-up action when necessary and provide updates to the managementComplete special projects, ad-hoc reporting, and any other job-related duties required to support the department objectivesIdeal Candidate1-2 years of experience in finance related positions which includes accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial budgetingExperience using Workday Adaptive ERPPrevious insurance experience is a plusAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling, data consolidation)The desire to build and improve efficiencies of current processes & filesA drive to proactively cultivate relationships with colleagues and Business Unit ownersThe Amynta Group (the "Company") is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of any ground of discrimination protected by applicable human rights legislation.
