We are currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV, with a commitment of 32 to 40 hours per week.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $101,750 to $117,000.

Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center in partnership with other medical professionals.
• Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. Additionally, certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master's Degree in Nursing focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.

Preferred qualifications include:

• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
• In states where applicable, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Posted Salary Range: $101,750.00 - $117,000.00 per year. Bonus: $5,000.00
