Now is your chance to join the Team and Raise The Bar!The Area Leader of Recruiting is responsible for leading the full cycle recruiting process for restaurant management positions and providing strategic support for crewmember hiring within a specific market. This role partners directly with the area leadership to assess manpower needs, executes the near and long-term strategy including rolling out new programs and processes.The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers. It also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Creates a talent pipeline to coincide with the organization's growth strategyOwns the full cycle recruiting process for both internal and external candidatesLeads the New Restaurant Opening (NRO) crewmember hiring strategy to ensure staffing needs are metDevelops market and regional partnerships to support recruiting efforts in the regionLeads the restaurant management recruiting process to ensure consistency across all marketsOwns the manpower planning and talent selection process for the assigned area(s)Builds the company employment brand and increases the presence within the communities through partnerships with universities, networking organizations, community-based organizations, vendors, etc.Develops annual manpower plans for the area field-based support leader's review on a quarterly basisCultivates strong working relationships with regional leadership and supports teams ensuring recruiting efforts are aligned with goals and objectivesProvides recruiting reporting to all internal stakeholdersCompletes other duties as assignedRequirements for Success:Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changingSelf-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyAble to recognize problems, set goals, create plans and convert plans into action to solve problemsProficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quicklyAble to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends3+ years of recruitment experience; restaurant experience preferredBachelor's degree preferredAble to travel up to 50% and required to live within assigned areaThe physical work environment for this role includes a combination of working from a home-based office, representing Raising Cane's out in the community, traveling throughout the division, as well as time spent in our Restaurants. This can and will include working in a fast-paced kitchen and interacting with and serving customers. This requires extended periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing and lifting.
