Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

iCare Health Network (IHN) is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Manchester, Connecticut. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for utilizing our Applicant Tracking System to screen and recruit new hires for our facilities. Responsibilities:

• Utilize Applicant Tracking System to screen and recruit new hires for the facility
• Conduct phone interviews and applicant screenings
• Monitor facility Master Schedule to manage open positions
• Communicate with facilities to provide updates on hires and positions
• Provide feedback to Recruitment Team on hiring activity
• May require assisting HR and HR Staff Assistant with new hire orientation and all onboarding documents
• Responsible for data entering candidate activity in the applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

• At least one year's experience working in the recruitment field, required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, required
• Exceptional customer service skills, both in person and over the phone, required
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with company managers and staff, required
• Ability to maintain confidential information, required
• Experience with recruiting in the health care industry preferred, but not required
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and social media for recruitment preferred, but not required
