We offer multiple benefits, including paid holidays, vacation time, employee pricing on firearms, free firearms demo program, free Desert Tech rifle after every 4 years of employment, education reimbursement, and more.Available Shift: 10-hour day shift (Mon-Thurs) 5am-3:30pmMain Responsibilities/DutiesOperation of CNC Mills and LathesRegularly inspect parts using a variety of measuring equipment to maintain acceptable quality levelsAbility to understand execute machine tool offsetsDeburr parts as neededKeep up on regular machine maintenanceAssist machinists in machine setup and teardownMaintain a clean and organized work spaceKeep record of pertinent information for shift change and communicate all important information to your supervisorDocument processes pertaining to running and/or improvements made to setup or operating the machines you runRequirementsBasic math skillsMechanically inclinedBasic computer skillsAbility to read, follow and understand engineering blue prints (GD&T)Ability to use measuring equipmentDetail orientedWilling to work overtime when neededPass a background checkAdditional Qualities We Look For Include:Good organizational skillsWillingness to adapt with changeWorks well in a team environmentKnowledge and experience in Lean manufacturingAbility to focus on task at handLoyalty and dedicationHonestPositive attitudeMachine maintenance experience
