Associate Product Specialist - Lumbar Spinal Fusion (Onsite)

Associate Product Specialist – Anterior/Lateral Lumbar Global Marketing Medtronic is seeking an Associate Product Specialist to join the Anterior/Lateral Lumbar Global Marketing team. In this role, you will support the development, training, and launch of new products across the portfolio, partnering with spine surgeons and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and commercial success. Responsibilities Develop market, competitive, and customer insight to support product strategy and commercialization. Support customer adoption and education initiatives through material development, feedback collection, and logistics coordination for training programs and events. Support Voice of Customer initiatives, including advisory boards, education events, tech roadshows, validation studies, conference tech suites, and expos. Assist with product launch planning and execution, tracking deliverables and identifying growth opportunities. Coordinate communications with physician customers and stakeholders, maintain contact lists, and prepare materials promoting safe and effective use of Medtronic spine products. Provide ongoing support to the sales organization and surgeon customers, addressing product, training and procedural needs. Support cadaver labs and hands‑on training events – setup/teardown of stations, staging of instruments and implants. Provide on‑site event support for conference tech expos, tech suites, and demonstration logistics. Perform physical responsibilities associated with lab and event support (lifting up to 25 lbs., bending, stooping). Support cross‑functional marketing project teams by consolidating inputs and keeping deliverables on track. Prepare demonstration materials and coordinate required equipment for technical discussions. Travel up to 25–30 % as required. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Nice to Have Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, product management, or a related field; or 1 year of relevant experience with a Master’s degree. Knowledge of the global healthcare and medical device market and market development principles. Spine clinical experience, particularly in the lumbar segment. Strong technical aptitude and effective communication with technical personnel. Experience building relationships with customers and industry partners. Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams. Benefits & Compensation Salary range (U.S., excl. PR): $62,400 – $93,600 USD. This position is eligible for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
