The Human Resources Generalist provides operational and administrative support within the Human Resources Business Services department and assists Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), Sr. HR Managers, and the Director, Human ResourcesBusiness Services on various client group requests. These requests may consist of or are related to talent acquisition, employee relations, Human Resources initiatives to support business strategies, new employee orientation, training, and Human Resources policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working within an HR generalist role is required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Compensation
$68,640.00 - $84,448.47 annually

Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. AltaMed is committed to ensuring a fair and competitive compensation package that reflects the candidate's value and the role's strategic importance within the organization.
