As a Insurance Client Relations Specialist with Jason Street - Allegiance Insurance, you will play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most while delivering exceptional service and support. You will build strong customer relationships, assist clients with their insurance needs, and provide knowledgeable guidance on coverage options and policy changes. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and licensed in Property & Casualty insurance. They are comfortable managing client accounts, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities to better serve customers through proactive communication and coverage recommendations. We are seeking a motivated professional who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional service to existing and prospective clients.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding policies, billing, claims, and coverage options.
- Quote, bind, and issue new insurance policies.
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Review customer coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with agency team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support agency growth.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Previous insurance agency experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and agency management software.
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
