Manager Trainee

Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence: Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. You will learn how to provide top-notch customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Problem Solving: Gain hands‑on experience in tackling operational challenges, optimizing processes, and finding innovative solutions to everyday problems. Leadership Development: Work closely with our experienced team members to develop leadership qualities that will enable you to lead and inspire your team in the future. Supervision: Learn the fundamentals of team supervision, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Dry Cleaning Expertise: Noprior knowledge of the dry cleaning industry is required, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of our business, from garment care to equipment operation. Qualifications Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities. Leadership traits and a desire to grow into a leadership role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment. High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is a plus but not required. Previous supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Compensation The salary range for this position is $40,000-$47,000 . Once promoted to Store Manager total compensation includes monthly bonus potential.
