Bilingual Onsite Recruiter / Workforce Coordinator - 2nd Shift Job snapshot: Onsite role supporting a busy manufacturing facility; 2nd shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM; bilingual English/Spanish required; direct hire, full-time position; $60,000–$70,000 annually plus commission opportunities. We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Bilingual Onsite Recruiter / Workforce Coordinator to support staffing operations at a busy manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll combine recruiting, employee support, client partnership, and floor visibility to help keep second-shift operations staffed, safe, and running smoothly. You'll be the primary point of contact for both employees and client leadership, ensuring staffing needs are met while supporting employee engagement, safety, attendance, and overall workforce success. What You'll Be Doing Build and Maintain a Strong Workforce Recruit, interview, and onboard employees for manufacturing and warehouse positions. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future staffing needs. Partner with operations leaders to understand production demands, anticipate staffing needs, and recommend workforce solutions. Ensure open positions are filled quickly with quality candidates. Support Employees on the Production Floor Be a visible, approachable point of contact for temporary employees throughout their assignment. Conduct new hire orientations and training. Monitor attendance and employee engagement. Coach employees through workplace concerns and help resolve issues professionally. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Champion Workplace Safety Promote a strong safety culture throughout the facility. Conduct safety training and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Monitor compliance with safety standards and company policies. Support safety programs, audits, and investigations as needed. Partner with Client Leadership Build strong working relationships with supervisors, managers, and plant leadership. Provide workforce updates, attendance reporting, and staffing recommendations. Use production schedules and business demands to plan ahead for staffing coverage. Serve as a trusted staffing and workforce solutions partner. Administrative & HR Support Maintain accurate employee records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Coordinate timekeeping and payroll-related information. Track key staffing and workforce metrics. Support HR compliance and employee programs. What Makes Someone Successful in This Role? Qualifications Required Bilingual in English and Spanish. Associate degree with 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, manufacturing leadership, HR, or workforce management experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations. Experience with staffing agencies or workforce management. Experience using ATS platforms such as Avionté, Bullhorn, or TempWorks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint). This position is based onsite in an active manufacturing facility. Candidates should be comfortable: Spending time on the production floor interacting with employees and supervisors. Walking and standing for extended periods. Working in environments that may include varying temperatures, noise levels, and production activity. Why Join Us?
