Benefits & Payroll Specialist (Leave & Onboarding)

GLIDE is seeking a Benefits and Payroll Specialist to manage leave, enroll employees in benefits, and support payroll for 230+ staff. You’ll handle LOA programs, coordinate with providers, and ensure accurate wage and benefit deductions. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3+ years in payroll/benefits, and strong Excel skills. ADP Workforce Now experience is highly preferred.
