Full Time OB Registered Nurse

Full time OB Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to obstetric patients across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum settings in a supportive, smaller hospital environment. The role offers 12?hour day and night shifts with competitive pay up to $48 per hour and biweekly overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to obstetric patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
• Monitor maternal and fetal well?being, including fetal heart rate monitoring and assessments
• Assist physicians and providers during deliveries and procedures
• Educate patients and families on prenatal, postpartum, and newborn care
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Maintain accurate charting and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team
• Promote a safe, patient?centered environment focused on quality outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active Texas RN license or compact license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication skills and a team?focused mindset

Preferred Skills:

• NRP or fetal monitoring certification
• One year of Labor & Delivery experience
