Patient Financial Advocate

System Support

System Support is seeking a Financial Counselor to assist patients with account balance resolutions, especially those who are uninsured or underinsured. The position requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of financial processes, and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. The Financial Counselor will calculate and collect financial obligations, establish payment plans, and evaluate eligibility for programs such as Medicaid. A High School diploma is necessary, with an Associate's degree preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr System Support
