About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Implementation to take on a pivotal role in leading global professional services. This executive will have full ownership of the end-to-end process of complex, high-volume enterprise implementations, ensuring delivery, scaling, and measurement across a multi-product environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for P&L performance, delivery execution, client escalations, technical governance, and global operations. A key aspect of the role is to have AI embedded in the delivery process as standard practice. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years' experience in professional services and implementation leadership, with a proven track record in leading large-scale enterprise software implementations. Strong financial acumen, executive presence, and experience in regulated, data-heavy, or high-volume environments are highly valued. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional who is ready to take on a build, scale, and transform mandate. The role demands a leader who can not only manage but also take full accountability for the delivery of implementations. The Vice President of Implementation will be at the forefront of the company's global professional services, driving the success of enterprise client engagements and ensuring that the delivery process is efficient, effective, and in line with the company's standards.
