Are you passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences? At Jonathan's the Rub - Bridgeland, located in the heart of Cypress, TX, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and creating memorable moments for our guests. If you have at least one year of experience and a love for hospitality, we’d love to have you on our team!
What You’ll Do: As a Restaurant Server, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcome.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders while providing menu recommendations.
- Delivering orders promptly and checking in to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Handling guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and care.
We’re seeking a dedicated and personable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 2 years of experience as a restaurant server or in a similar role, ideally in an upscale dining setting
- A genuine commitment to hospitality and top-tier service
- Knowledge and comfort with wine and craft cocktail service
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- A friendly, team-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation
