HVAC and Plumbing General manager | $80K-120K BASE plus Performance-Based Commissions | Growth Opportunity | Grand Junction, CO

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
• Lead, mentor, and support HVAC Technicians and Installers to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Maintain and promote high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and manage a variety of residential and commercial HVAC projects
• Support company growth initiatives and uphold company values of professionalism and teamwork
• Oversee daily business operations, including financial performance, budgeting, workforce management, and overall profitability.
• Drive revenue growth by monitoring KPIs, improving operational efficiency, and implementing strategic business initiatives.
• Lead and develop teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service and retention.

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of leadership experience in operations management, preferably within HVAC, plumbing, home services, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC operations, including residential and commercial projects
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and supportive work environment
