Guide and support our interdisciplinary team with empathy and excellence. Champion quality, safety, and compliance as part of our mission to raise the standard of hospice care. Lead initiatives in staff education, QAPI, and process improvements. Partner closely with our Director of Hospice to strengthen clinical operations and team culture. Rotate as Administrator On‑Call (shared with 3–4 leaders) so families and our team always feel supported. What We’re Looking For? Current RN license in Texas (required). 3+ years of hospice RN experience (5+ preferred). 2+ years of leadership experience in a Hospice DON/ADON Role. Strong communication and mentoring skills. A leader who thrives in a close‑knit, mission‑driven environment. Valid Texas driver’s license. Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Mansfield, TX office) Administrator On‑Call rotation shared among leadership team.
