ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Since opening the agency in 2015, we've grown into a team of eight professionals focused on helping customers protect what matters most while building meaningful relationships in our community. Prior to becoming an agent, I spent 10 years in automotive finance, where I developed a passion for helping people make important financial decisions and achieve their goals.

Having lived in this area my entire life, I'm proud to serve the community that helped shape who I am. Outside of work, you'll often find me spending time with my dog, Winston, and staying involved in local events and community initiatives. Giving back and supporting the people around us is something that's important to both me and our agency.

Our office culture is one of collaboration, support, and growth. We work hard, but we keep things laid back and enjoyable. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Natalie Gajewski - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
