Employment Law / Education Law Attorney

Currier & Hudson APC, a San Diego-based public sector law firm, has immediate openings for Employment Law and/or Education Law Attorneys. Our firm is fully remote and specializes in serving K-12 and community college districts as well as other local public agencies. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience in employment and/or education law preferred. Excellent writing, analysis and research skills. Self-starters, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to superior client service. Who Should Apply Attorneys who are motivated to take on responsibility and interact regularly with clients, and who have the ability to work independently and assume significant case responsibility. Attorneys with a proactive approach and a desire for a high-level role in education and/or labor and employment law. Candidates with litigation experience and an interest in education, labor, or employment law. Talented litigators from other practice areas with excellent skills are also encouraged to apply. Competitive compensation, bonuses, benefits, and a 401k with employer match. Annual salary range: $140,000 to $220,000, depending on experience, skills, and responsibilities.
