You'll be the driving force behind campaigns, paid media, and day-to-day marketing leadership for the account, with real ownership over how it grows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day looks a little different, and is comfortable pivoting, problem-solving, and keeping several plates spinning at once. Requirements Serve as the day-to-day contact for our client, owning the marketing strategy and aligning campaigns with business goals Plan, launch, and fine-tune paid media campaigns across all digital platforms Create and manage content that keeps the brand voice consistent and sharp Manage the account's budget and ad spend with a sharp eye toward ROI Dig into performance data and use it to make the next campaign even better Partner with the team and leadership to keep quality high and deadlines met Knowledge / Skills 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing marketing role Solid grasp of SEO and paid marketing (Google & Meta Ads) Comfortable in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Squarespace, WordPress, and Canva Core Competencies Communicates clearly, in writing and out loud Thinks strategically and doesn't lose sight of the big picture Organized, communicative, and good at juggling multiple moving parts Based at our Brentwood, TN headquarters 4-5 days per week, with occasional work-from-home flexibility once you're fully ramped up Flexible time-off policy Employer-sponsored health insurance plans To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key responsibility satisfactorily.
