Senior Vice President (MAE)

Senior Vice President (MAE) Coastal is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Manufacturing, Auto, Energy & Retail & Consumer Goods (MAE & RCG) to serve as a market leader responsible for both the strategic growth and the high-quality delivery of our consulting services. This high-impact role oversees the entire lifecycle of the industry portfolio—from initial sales strategy and pipeline generation to project execution and consultant development. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level clients, guiding their digital transformation while scaling a high-performing, cross-functional team. Areas of Focus Client Relationship/Customer Satisfaction, and Leadership Project Executive Oversight Key Accounts Building Best Practices and Participating in our Center of Excellence Delivery Team Management, Career Management, and Team Development Developing Consulting Pyramid, mentoring, and hiring team members Develop Accelerators to help support the practice and team Optimize internal teams related to key business metrics including bookings, revenue, and utilization targets as well as overall portfolio and account performance/health. Role Responsibilities: Market Strategy & Sales Leadership Revenue Ownership: Drive the sales strategy and execution for the market in partnership with the Vice President of Sales, overseeing bookings goals and ensuring the quality of deals supports long-term growth. Pipeline Generation: Partner with the Vice President of Sales, marketing and GTM teams to align on lead generation; manage forecasting to maintain business health and predictability. Executive Engagement: Lead complex sales cycles and influence C-level prospects to close new logo business. Delivery Excellence & Operations Project Oversight: Provide executive oversight for key accounts, ensuring project success and high customer satisfaction. Operational Efficiency: Work with the Vice President of Delivery and Sales to develop industry specific "accelerators" and standardized methodologies to increase time-to-value for customers and improve onboarding. Scoping & SOWs: Work with the Vice President of Delivery oversee the delivery of Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring scope and deliverables are clearly defined to drive seamless project execution. Utilization: Work with the Vice President of Delivery manage the team to meet annual utilization targets, including maintaining personal billability on key strategic phases. People Management: Recruit, hire, and mentor a "consulting pyramid," providing day-to-day direction and handling annual performance reviews. Sales Enablement: Implement tools and resources (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to ensure the team has the knowledge to succeed. Culture & Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment between sales and delivery to ensure smooth transitions from opportunity to project delivery. Experience/Skills Required: Industry Expertise: 10+ years of experience in Sales, Consulting, or Delivery leadership within the Salesforce ecosystem or related SaaS space. Proven Track Record: History of managing a portfolio with $30M+ in annual bookings and leading groups of 30+ distributed individuals. Leadership: Significant experience scaling quota-carrying teams and mentoring consultants at various career stages. Communications: Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills, with an ability to think on your feet during complex business requirements gathering. Authorization: Must have full-time permanent US work authorization.
