Real Estate Corporate Counsel - Elite Wealth Manager

We are currently partnered with an Elite Wealth Manager that is looking to grow their legal team and support senior leadership. They are seeking a Real Estate Counsel to assist with all leasing and corporate governance matters. As a key member of their lean legal team, you will support their growth in all phases and collaborate cross functionally to enhance operational efficiency. This role will report to a Senior member of the legal team and be based out of their Miami office. You will have the ability to grow on a dynamic team and help the wealth manager continue its superior dominance. Responsibilities Advise on all legal aspects of the office lease lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating letters of intent, leases, sub-leases, estoppels, SNDAs and other related documents and agreements, as well as service and supplier contracts with a wide range of real estate, architecture, and facilities vendors. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating assignments, terminations, and consolidations of leases and vendor agreements and support corporate governance matters Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of vendor contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, software, SaaS and other technology-related agreements.
