This full-time, contract opportunity offers a unique Monday through Thursday schedule, giving you a long weekend every week to balance your professional and personal life. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or behavioral technician (BT) preferred
• Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related classroom strategies a plus
• Ability to work effectively with students requiring a range of supports
• Excellent communication skills and a patient, flexible attitude
• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to student well-being
• Collaborative mindset to assist lead teachers and therapists

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students individually or in small groups within an ASD classroom
• Follow individualized education plans and behavior intervention strategies
• Assist with academic, behavioral, and life skills activities under teacher guidance
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom climate
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and supervision during activities
• Communicate effectively with teachers, therapists, and school staff to share progress and insights
