Benefit Analyst

The Benefits Analyst plays a key role in delivering a seamless and positive benefits experience for employees, serving as a trusted resource across health, retirement, and wellness programs. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to partner for day‑to‑day benefits support, guiding employees through their options and helping them navigate questions with clarity and confidence. Responsibilities Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes. Provide support to employees regarding benefits questions and issues. Ensure benefits programs comply with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain and update employee benefits records and documentation. Coordinate with HR and benefits vendors to resolve benefits‑related issues. Assist in preparing benefits reports and communicating program updates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). Valid L&H brokers’ license preferred, or ability to obtain within 90 days. 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration or coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and handle confidential information. Physical Demands and Work Environment The employee must be able to effectively manage the demands of a fast‑paced work environment. This includes the ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain composure under pressure while meeting deadlines and performance expectations. This position requires the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time, perform repetitive motions such as typing and mouse use, and engage in regular phone communication, making and receiving calls as part of daily responsibilities.
