Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Illinois
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) credentials
• Prior experience or strong interest in working with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Effective communicator and committed team player with strong organizational abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students presenting with a range of speech and language needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet unique student goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation reflecting student performance and therapy outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute speech-language expertise to student support teams
