Role Overview Senior Manager, Product Manager – Small Business Bank Digital Servicing Product Management at Capital One. Define, build, and accelerate digital experiences in web and mobile applications that enable us to serve small business customers quickly and efficiently. This role blends coaching, vision‑setting, and problem‑solving to lead a high‑impact mobile team, co‑create a product vision, align stakeholders, and guide cross‑functional teams toward exceptional value while removing roadblocks. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a mobile product team to deliver high‑quality digital solutions. Create and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with business strategy. Build strong stakeholder relationships across engineering, design, data science, and business units. Drive strategy, prioritization, and roadmap execution for web and mobile product initiatives. Identify and resolve complex product challenges, mitigating risks and ensuring on‑time delivery. Product Framework Human Centered – Obsess about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions. Business Focused – Deliver game‑changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence. Technology Driven – Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near‑term and long‑term value. Basic Qualifications Currently holding, or pursuing, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or a related quantitative field. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in any field with at least four years of product management experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products. Compensation Compensation includes a base salary range (variable by location) and performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
