EVENT VALET: Royal Park Hotel (Friday-Sunday, up to 3 weekend per month, $15+TIPS, 2:30PM-12:00AM)

Exceptional Event Valet Members Needed for seasonal events:

> Schedule: Open Availability (10-hour shifts per day potentially)

> Friday-Sunday

> OFF Monday-Thursday

>$15+TIPS (take home cash daily)

>1-2/2-3 shifts per week, part-time depending on Royal Park Event schedule

>2:30PM-12:00PM

> Royal Park Hotel does LARGE events at their hotel, and we are looking for valet attendants for these events.  You will not be scheduled if there is not an event happening on a weekend. You will know weeks prior to the event, and you will be scheduled for these events through our scheduling app. You will work on a team of other valet attendants parking and retrieving vehicles at delegated valet parking spots on the hotel campus and surface lots surrounding the hotel campus.

We are looking for detail oriented, energetic and compassionate team members for our valet team at a local hospital. These individuals should be dependable, open to feedback and have a positive mindset along with great communication skills. Background in hospitality & customer service is a must.

Job Requirements:

• Must be responsible, reliable, well-spoken, attentive to all guest needs and punctual.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. 
• The ability to walk, run and stand throughout the shift is also essential to this position, we must emphasize this is a physically active position, in ALL types of weather.
• Applicants must also have reliable transportation to and from work.
  

Job Duties include but not limited to:

• Report to work on time for all scheduled shifts ready to work 
  
• Greet all guests and visitors of the hotel in a friendly, professional and courteous manner and address them by name whenever possible
  
• Adhere to Encore Service Group uniform policy and maintain a well kempt and professional appearance that is crisp, pressed and clean
  
• Drive, park and retrieve guest’s cars in a safe and courteous manner
  
• Ensure customers are receiving timely service
  
• Open doors (Doorman) and offer to carry luggage (Bellman) to the guest's room
  
• Wash the windshield on each car we park, when requested by guests and visitors
  
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times, regardless of the situation
  
• Provide any assistance needed by the guest from their vehicle into the hotel
  
• Actively seek opportunities to exceed expectations
