Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ needs and goals.

• Maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, providing both in-person and Telehealth services.
\n
• Document clinical progress through ongoing case notes, treatment reviews, and updates, adhering to company policies and relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with colleagues as part of a dynamic team to innovate and improve services tailored to the community's mental health challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based and creative interventions to engage clients and facilitate their achievement of therapeutic goals.

• Work with case managers, medical personnel, families, and other stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, contributing to team culture and ongoing development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current LMFT PA clinical license is required.

• Experience in clinical documentation practices, including assessments and treatment plans.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear interaction with clients and team members.

• Proficient in maintaining appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
\n
• Comfortable working with a diverse clientele and demonstrating cultural sensitivity.

• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.

• Must be able to pass a background check prior to hiring.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in community health settings, particularly those emphasizing innovative therapeutic techniques, will find distinct advantages in their applications.
