• Set up, operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Read blueprints, production orders, and work instructions to accurately produce quality products that meet customer specifications.
• Inspect finished products, identify defects, and make machine adjustments to minimize waste and maintain quality standards.
• Enter production data, complete paperwork accurately, and maintain inventory traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, communicate production concerns, and work independently to keep production on schedule.
• Handle raw materials and finished products while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and production documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience performing quality inspections and maintaining production standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
