What You'll Do

• Set up machinery and equipment for production runs
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain efficiency and quality
• Load raw materials into production equipment
• Perform routine machine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Use precision measuring tools and equipment to verify product quality
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report larger concerns
• Handle materials safely throughout the manufacturing process
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards
• Maintain accurate production documentation

QualificationsRequired

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work 12-hour scheduled shifts consistently

Preferred

• Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience
• Preventative maintenance experience
• Experience operating production machinery and tooling

Work Environment

This position is located in a heavy industrial manufacturing facility. The environment can be warm during summer months and may resemble a foundry setting. Employees work around manufacturing equipment, tooling, hand tools, and precision measuring devices while following strict safety procedures.

Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial setting and capable of standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical job duties throughout a 12-hour shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48214.40 - $48214.40/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
