1st Shift | Monday - Wednesday + every other Thursday (5 AM - 5 PM)

2nd Shift | Monday - Wednesday + every other Thursday (5 PM - 5 AM)

3rd Shift | Friday - Sunday + every other Thursday (5 AM - 5 PM)

4th Shift | Friday - Sunday + every other Thursday (5 PM - 5 AM)

As a Production Lead in Plano, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.

What It Takes to Get on the Line

• School Smarts: High school diploma or GED.
• On-the-Job Know-How: 1 year of experience with high-volume receptive manufacturing preferred + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Suite + Understand area production processes and productivity standards and support adherence + Well-versed in area product quality standards
• Built to Move: Can lift (up to) 50 lbs. stay active, and handle the grind.
• Crew Mindset: Show up on time, stay safe, and have your team's back.
