Quality Data Analyst

Transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights, the full-time Quality Data Analyst will develop reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators while collaborating with clinical and operational leaders in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical models to support quality and performance improvement initiatives Analyze complex healthcare data from various sources and create SQL tables, views, and advanced queries for reporting needs Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered 3-5 years of analytics, reporting, healthcare data, or business intelligence experience Experience with relational databases and advanced SQL development, including tables, views, and stored procedures Proficiency in creating dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations Knowledge of healthcare operations, quality metrics, and medical terminology preferred
