Passion for AI technology and its potential to transform education and career growth. Ability to think strategically and creatively about content delivery in a rapidly changing landscape. Excellent communication skills with a focus on storytelling and user‑centric narratives. Excellent organization skills with an ability to manage multi‑stakeholder projects. Responsibilities Conduct user research to deeply understand job seekers and small business owners, translating insights into actionable content strategies. Develop and build compelling, high‑impact marketing content across multiple platforms to drive engagement and user growth. Innovate and experiment with new methods for content creation and delivery, leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and scale. Execute marketing plans in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining organizational excellence and cross‑functional alignment. Communicate AI and skilling concepts through clear verbal and written narratives to empower various audiences. Compensation and Benefits US: $116,000 - $167,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
