Dialysis Clinical Technician – Detroit North West Outer Drive – 40 Hours/Week

**What You Will Do**

• **Keep a close eye on our patients** during hemodialysis treatments and be the communication superhero—letting the nursing staff know about any changes faster than you can say "dialysis!"
• **Deliver compassionate, direct patient care** that makes patients feel comfortable and safe throughout their treatment journey. You're not just a technician; you're part of their care experience!
• **Team up with our interdisciplinary crew** to support comprehensive patient care. Collaboration is where the magic happens!
• **Master the paperwork** by completing documentation and maintaining patient records with accuracy and attention to detail. (Yes, we know documentation isn't the most thrilling part of the job, but accurate records are the backbone of great patient care!)
• **Get hands-on with dialysis equipment and supplies**—prep, maintain, and keep everything running smoothly so treatments go off without a hitch. Think of yourself as the equipment whisperer!

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a dialysis technician training program preferred.
• Certification as a Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) required within 18-months of employment.
