Your Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of clinical laboratory testsranging from chemistry to hematology and immunologyadhering to established laboratory protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, resolve any discrepancies, perform routine maintenance, and calibrate laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and meticulously prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Document laboratory procedures in detail, guide new staff or students, and uphold the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
