MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Front End Software Developer to join our team in Tampa, FL . The Front End Software Developer will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to create next generation web-based and desktop applications. This role focuses on enhancing user interfaces with advanced tools and capabilities to ensure mission-critical data remains accessible and intuitive for all users. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Designing, prototyping, developing, and implementing applications using modern web programming technologies. Designs and builds User Interfaces using modern UX/UI standards. Utilizing JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, and CSS to build responsive and high-performance user interfaces. Working with Data Analysts, Data Integrators, Data Scientists, and Database Engineers to create and troubleshoot interface capabilities. Collaborating with customers to enhance the overall user experience and defining implementation requirements. Developing and integrating with Restful APIs to ensure seamless data flow between the front end and backend systems. Recommending appropriate user interface capabilities and ensuring cross-browser compatibility through effective troubleshooting techniques. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 years of experience with a modern Web technology stack. Proficiency in JavaScript, including familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. 4 years of experience with web application development using JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS, and similar technologies. Demonstrated experience with Restful APIs and relational databases. Basic understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles, with the ability to collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into functional code. Proficiency in cross-browser compatibility troubleshooting techniques. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the cyber risk and compliance automation tools. Clearance Requirements: An active Secret clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
