Position Highlights Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function. Provide high-quality physical therapy services and monitor resident progress toward goals. Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physician teams to ensure coordinated care.
