We're Hiring!

Local Anniston office is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. This position offers excellent daytime office hours in a professional office environment.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
7:45 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable transactions
Handle ACH payments
Assist with payroll processing
Maintain accurate financial records
Data entry and invoice processing
Work within MAS100/Sage software

Qualifications:

Previous Accounts Payable experience required
ACH processing experience preferred
Payroll experience required
Experience with MAS100 through Sage software preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
