Office Manager

Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center

Position Summary: Oversees practice affiliations, compiles statistical data, and maintains all phases of employee and patient files. Schedules office appointments, maintains contracts, maintains insurance authorization forms and orders supplies. Performs general office duties as requested and assists co-workers as needed.

Minimum Education: Secondary education preferred.

Minimum Experience: Prefer 2 years prior experience in office management for psychiatric provider.
