Role Overview

We're hiring an aggressive, data-driven Inside Sales Specialist to serve as our prospecting engine. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll bridge high-impact marketing campaigns with proactive pipeline creation; targeting Integrity Engineers, Reliability Directors, and Asset Health Managers across process facilities, pipeline operators, and compressor stations.

Rather than working an undifferentiated list, you'll operate against a tiered account strategy designed to get you to early wins fast while building toward full market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Tiered Account Penetration

• Own a curated Tier 1 list of ~300–500 highest-potential accounts for high-touch, personalized outreach (research, multi-channel sequencing, direct engagement with Integrity Engineers and Safety Managers who hold capital inspection budgets).
• Drive the broader account universe (13,000+ midstream, refinery, and process plant accounts) through structured, lighter-touch outreach cadences, layering in Tier 1 accounts as they show engagement signals.

Legacy Base Upgrade Campaign

• Proactively engage RDI's installed base of 750+ legacy Iris M customers with a targeted upgrade campaign to Iris aiOne, highlighting speed, ease-of-use, and automated limit capabilities.

Blue Ocean / Static Asset Outreach

• Pursue static asset opportunities where Motion Amplification® solves piping vibration challenges that contact transducers can't safely or effectively address.

Trial & Demo Pipeline

• Qualify high-value prospects for trial gear allocations, loaner units, and subsidized pilot rentals against a defined qualification framework (see below).

Qualification & Handoff

• Qualify opportunities using a defined framework — confirmed budget authority or access, a specific asset/reliability pain point, timeline, and technical fit — before handing off to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
• Maintain a shared definition of "pipeline-ready" with the RSM team to ensure clean, high-conversion handoffs.

CRM & Data Rigor

• Maintain strict CRM discipline in Salesforce, logging touchpoints, buyer personas, and pipeline stage in real time.

What Success Looks Like

• Ramp: Outreach cadences, CRM workflow, and your Tier 1 account list fully operational within your first 30 days; full productivity expected by month 3.
• Pipeline impact: Your work is measured by qualified demo and trial handoffs to our Regional Sales team, and by reactivation progress across our legacy Iris M customer base.
• Growth trajectory: As you build a track record against your Tier 1 accounts, your account list and territory scope will expand.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of Technical Inside Sales / B2B Prospecting experience, ideally in industrial automation, reliability, Oil & Gas, machinery, or technical enterprise hardware/software.
• Proven experience using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools for multi-channel outreach.
• Technical aptitude to quickly master and articulate value propositions, including vibration analysis basics and non-contact monitoring advantages.
• CRM proficiency with strong pipeline tracking and data hygiene habits.
• Demonstrated track record converting cold lists and marketing-sourced leads into scheduled, high-converting demos.
