Fundraising Director

To support healthcare transformation, the part-time Fundraising and External Relations Director will leverage existing donor relationships to secure funding, manage fundraising technology platforms, and develop tailored donor engagement strategies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Leverage a portfolio of relationships to secure new and repeat funding through major gifts and sponsorships Oversee the implementation of fundraising technology platforms and manage the fundraising operating budget Design and execute digital fundraising campaigns while analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies Required qualifications Master's Degree plus 10 years of experience in non-profit or healthcare management in a leadership role Advanced major gift solicitation and closing techniques Ability to independently manage full fundraising cycles CRM and donor platform literacy (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) Exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities
