Catering Sales Professional

Village Baker – Utah County, UT

Pay: $25.00 per hour to start + sales incentives
Schedule: Part-Time, 20–25 hours per week
Location: Utah County

Village Baker is looking for an experienced  Sales Professional to help grow our catering business throughout Utah County.

This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys meeting people, developing new business, and building long-term customer relationships. You will represent Village Baker Catering in the community and actively develop new catering accounts with local businesses and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new catering customers throughout Utah County
• Develop relationships with businesses, medical offices, schools, organizations, and other potential catering clients
• Conduct in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective customers
• Introduce customers to Village Baker's catering services and menu options
• Generate new catering sales and develop repeat business
• Maintain relationships with existing catering customers
• Follow up on sales leads and opportunities
• Coordinate with our catering and restaurant teams when needed
• Professionally represent Village Baker in the community

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable prospecting and approaching new businesses
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and outgoing
• Ability to work independently
• B2B, outside sales, catering, hospitality, or food-service sales experience is a plus

Compensation

Starting wage is $25.00 per hour for approximately 20–25 hours per week .

In addition to hourly compensation, this position will include a  sales incentive opportunity. Details of the incentive structure will be discussed during the interview.
