Office Assistant- Culver City

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking an Office Assistant to support daily operations at its warehouse facility in Culver City. Key Responsibilities Maintain and order food, beverages, and supplies for break rooms and kitchen areas across a two‑floor warehouse and office space. Handle front desk duties: answering phones, assisting visitors, managing deliveries, and supporting day‑to‑day office operations. Collaborate with Facilities to address warehouse concerns in a timely manner. Set up weekly office lunches and assist with event coordination as required. Log and deliver internal items to appropriate recipients. Keep office areas clean and tidy. Support filing, storage, and document management processes (faxing, scanning, copying). Greet visitors, follow security protocols, and process visitor request forms. Take and distribute accurate messages and transfer calls to the appropriate staff member. Assist with documentation and logging activities, including data entry. Perform related administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and take initiative. Proven customer‑service orientation with a professional and friendly attitude. Internet skills including use of email, group messaging, and digital data collection.Effective oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork. Prior experience in a fast‑paced office environment, meeting multiple deadlines.Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident). Successful clearance of a background check and drug test. Preferred Qualifications Highly proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Critical‑thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Extended periods sitting at the front desk. Regularly lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Walking/ moving around two floors, offices, and warehouse space. Compensation Hourly rate: $25.
