We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to fill an entry-level position at our highly productive marine terminal in Philadelphia, PA. This facility, renowned for its efficiency, is pivotal in ensuring swift cargo handling, offering a strategic advantage to the maritime industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct security patrols either on foot or in a vehicle
Operate and monitor access control systems and CCTV
Ensure the security and safety of the premises by identifying any irregular activities
Communicate effectively through various devices
Respond to emergencies, sound alarms, and contact emergency services when necessary
Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure order and compliance
Monitor and control access of persons entering and exiting the facility
Document and report on daily activities, incidents, and any suspicious activities
Provide professional assistance to all stakeholders on site

Ideal Candidate Profile:

High school diploma or equivalent
Possesses a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) and a valid Driver's License
At least five years of driving experience preferred
Previous security experience is a plus
Ability to adapt to various situations and deescalate potential conflicts
Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
