We are seeking a Business Development and Marketing Professional to join our hardworking and dedicated team working out of our Statesville, NC office. This role is ideal for a likable, positive, high-energy self-starter who is eager to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact.

What Youll Do as Business Development and Marketing Manager

???? Business Development (75%)

• Identify and introduce our company to new customers
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Build and maintain a strong future sales pipeline
• Coordinate and lead lunch & learns and engineering presentations
• Drive new opportunities and expand market presence

???? Marketing Support (25%)

• Assist with SEO and digital marketing initiatives
• Support all marketing efforts
• Help plan and execute events such as trade shows and team-building activities
