Overview:

Sentara is hiring a Full-Time Operations Coordinator in Williamsburg Virginia.

This a Full-Time, Day shift opportunity with great benefits.

The work location is an out-patient, rehab therapy center.

As an Operations Coordinator with Sentara, you will provide support to the Director/Manager in a clinical setting. This position's primary duties include office activities, supply ordering, and business financial activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, manage supplies/materials, understand and perform accurate and timely data collection, and demonstrate effective use and maintenance of office equipment. You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

At least 2 years of Clerical experience is required.

Preferred: Secretarial and/or Office Management in a healthcare setting
